It's funny how life repeats itself. IM introduced social media to the office world .. then the rest of the world. Today, social mediums are on just about every screen in every office across the world. How has the "New Solitaire" increased business.
It's an arguable point. I can, in fact, track new business directly from Facebook, but does that equate to an increase of the bottom line based upon the time I spent engaged and bug-eyed in the new social wonder?
